Royal Bafokeng Holdings (RBH) is a prominent, community-owned investment organisation responsible for building and sustaining the wealth of the Royal Bafokeng Nation (RBN). Operating under the Royal Bafokeng Nation Development Trust (RBNDT), RBH ensures long-term financial stability and supports social development initiatives for th Bafokeng people and those living on RBN land.

Fields covered

RBH is inviting qualifying students from the Royal Bafokeng Nation to apply for the 2026 bursary programme, specifically for the Accounting Sciences (Chartered Accounting- CA stream) qualification.

This opportunity supports future Chartered Accountants who are committed to serving their community and building a strong professional foundation.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must meet the following minimum criteria:

  • Must be a South African citizen
  • Must be younger than 35 years old
  • Must be unemployed
  • Must be currently in Matric or have completed Matric
  • Minimum level 5 for Mathematics (Math Lit & Technical Mathematics not accepted)
  • Minimum level 5 for English
  • Minimum level 5 for Accounting
  • Must intend to study Accounting Sciences (CA route)
  • Must have applied to a SAICA-accredited public university
  • Must be entering 1st year of study in 2026
  • Must not be funded by NSFAS or any other bursary

Applicants must be submitted online through the official RHB bursary application platform.

Compulsory documents

  • Certified ID (not older than 3 months)
  • Grade 11 + Matric Term 1-3 results
  • Matric certificate (once issued)
  • Proof of acceptance\provisional acceptance at a SAICA-recognised university
  • Proof of residence (Lekwalo la Kgosana not olde than 3 months)
  • Short CV
  • Motivational letter
Note: All documents will be verified and shortlisted candidates may need to submit parents or guardians' ID documents.
